Dear Valued Decision Support Software LLC Customers,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Aaron Irby, and I am John Talbot's son. My wife, Melanie, and I are the new owners of Decision Support Software LLC (DSS LLC). My father (the founder and previous owner of DSS LLC) will continue to work closely with us as a federal benefits and software support consultant, however we now provide all of the business management and customer support. I have many years of experience in the insurance industry and by assisting my father in DSS LLC, I have gained valuable knowledge and experience regarding federal benefits. Melanie's professional experience includes 17 years as a health insurance agent, federal benefits retirement planning specialist, and small business owner. We are very honored and proud to take over the business, and we will continue to provide the high quality and responsive support that my father gave to you in the past.
